Signature Signings offers membership options for notaries at different stages of business. If you are newer, you can use our training, community support, and onboarding resources to help build your confidence and improve your understanding of loan signings, title and escrow expectations, and professional notary standards.
Some signing opportunities may require additional experience, credentials, approval, or successful completion of the Signature Signings vetting process.
To qualify for signing opportunities, you will need to create your notary profile, upload your required credentials, complete onboarding, and pass the Signature Signings vetting quiz.
Certain opportunities may also require title and escrow partner approval, valid commission information, current E&O insurance, background screening, direct deposit setup, and other requirements based on the type of signing.
Signing opportunities are based on location, client demand, availability, qualifications, and partner requirements. Membership does not guarantee assignments.

Signature Listed is the free option and allows you to create a basic notary profile listed with Signature Signings only.
Signature Signer gives your profile more visibility, access to the Signature Signings Community, and the ability to rank higher in opportunity searches after passing the vetting quiz.
Signature Signer Plus includes everything in Signature Signer, plus access to the Signature Signings training portal.
Signature Signer Pro includes everything in the lower tiers, plus eligibility for auto-assigned opportunities and minimum pay protections for certain qualifying signing types.
Optional add-ons may also be available for notaries who want to grow beyond individual signing assignments.
You can cancel your membership anytime by going to the membership management or cancellation page and following the on-screen instructions at: membership.signaturesignings.com/cancel
Your membership is not canceled until you complete the cancellation process. To prevent future charges, make sure you finish all cancellation steps before your next billing date.

This helps show Signature Signings clients and other signing services that you have demonstrated competency in the loan signing industry, which may allow you to rank higher when signing opportunities become available in your area.
Some signing opportunities require approval through Signature Signings’ title and escrow partners. This approval process may include reviewing your credentials, experience, onboarding documents, quiz results, and compliance with partner requirements.
