Whether you’re just getting started or ready to grow, Signature Signings helps qualified notaries gain visibility, access training and community support, and position themselves for more signing opportunities.
Choose your membership level, complete your onboarding, and access the tools and resources designed to help you build confidence, gain opportunities, and grow your notary business.
Beyond signing opportunities, Signature Signings also provides additional pathways to help you expand your services, increase your earning potential, and build a stronger business over time.
What would you like to do today...?
Most loan signing programs sell you information.
Signature Signings gives you options.
Many loan signing programs charge $300 or more upfront just to teach you about loan signings. For a new or growing notary, that can be a lot — especially when you are already paying for your commission, bond, E&O insurance, background check, printer, paper, toner, gas, vehicle expenses, supplies, marketing, and everything else it takes to build a real notary business.
Signature Signings was created to give notaries a more flexible and affordable path.
Instead of requiring a large upfront investment, we offer multiple options depending on where you are in your notary journey and what kind of support you need.
You can start with a free Signature Listed profile, choose a low-cost Signature Signer membership for $4/month, access training and education through Signature Signer Plus for $19/month, or move into Signature Signer Pro for $29/month if you want higher-level opportunity positioning, Preferred status, and auto-assignment eligibility.
Whether you are a brand-new notary, a notary working a 9-to-5 who wants to branch out on your own, or an experienced signing agent looking for more visibility, Signature Signings gives you a path that can grow with you.
But Signature Signings is not just another training program.
We are an active nationwide signing service that works with title companies, escrow companies, lenders, attorneys, signing services, and notaries every day. That means our resources are built around what is actually happening in the field — not just theory.
Depending on the membership level you choose, Signature Signings can give you access to:
✅ A free or low-cost way to get started
✅ Ongoing education and an expanding training library
✅ A professional notary community where you can ask questions and learn from others
✅ Real-world insight from an active nationwide signing service
✅ Greater visibility to signing companies nationwide
✅ The ability to work toward Listed, Vetted, Approved, and Preferred status
✅ Potential signing opportunities through Signature Signings, depending on demand, location, qualifications, and availability
✅ Business growth options that may help you expand beyond traditional signing assignments
Our belief is simple:
Knowledge matters — but knowledge without opportunity does not build a business.
Other programs may charge you hundreds of dollars upfront for information and then leave you to figure out what comes next. Signature Signings gives you flexible options, ongoing support, community, visibility, and a growth path designed to meet you where you are.
As we often say:
If you’re not willing to invest in yourself, why would anyone else want to invest in you?
The question is not whether you should invest in your future. The question is whether you want to spend hundreds of dollars upfront on information alone, or choose a flexible membership path that gives you education, resources, community, visibility, and opportunities to keep growing.
Don’t invest in the hype. Invest in your future.
Getting started is simple. Choose the membership level that best fits your goals, create your notary profile, and complete the required onboarding steps.
Once your profile is created, you can take the Signature Signings vetting quiz, upload your credentials, and begin the approval process for eligible signing opportunities.
Signature Signings offers a free listing option, paid membership levels, and optional business-building add-ons depending on the visibility, training, support, and income opportunities you want to access.

Yes, Signature Signings works with notaries and signing agents across the country. However, opportunities may vary by state, location, client demand, and partner requirements.
Each membership level gives you a different level of access, visibility, training, and opportunity within the Signature Signings platform.
✅ Signature Listed is the free option and allows you to create a basic notary profile listed with Signature Signings only. This option does not include nationwide signing service visibility, community access, training portal access, priority processing, higher ranking, or auto-assignment eligibility.
✅ Signature Signer gives your profile more visibility by allowing it to be seen by hundreds of signing service companies nationwide through the Signature Signings platform. Signing services may be able to search for and view your profile within up to a 150-mile range of your listed location. This membership also includes access to the Signature Signings Community, priority title and escrow application processing, and the ability to work toward higher visibility after passing the vetting quiz.
✅ Signature Signer Plus includes everything in Signature Signer, plus access to the Signature Signings training portal and education library. This level is designed for notaries who want additional training, support, and resources to build confidence and strengthen their knowledge.
✅ Signature Signer Pro includes everything in the lower tiers, plus Preferred Notary status, higher ranking, auto-assignment eligibility, and minimum pay protection on qualifying out-of-office assignments. Pro members receive a minimum of $90 for qualifying seller signings and $100 for qualifying buyer and refinance signings completed out of office through Signature Signings.
Optional business-building add-ons may also be available for notaries who want to grow beyond individual signing assignments, including building their own nationwide signing service or adding estate planning opportunities to their business.
Add-ons are optional business-building opportunities that can be added to your membership. They are designed for notaries who want to expand beyond individual signing assignments and create additional income opportunities.
Add-ons may include tools, systems, training, or business growth opportunities depending on what is currently available.
The free notary profile allows you to be listed directly with Signature Signings at no monthly cost.
This option does not include community access, training portal access, preferred search ranking, auto-assignment eligibility, or visibility to outside signing service partners. It is best for notaries who simply want to be listed with Signature Signings without a paid membership.
Who can see your notary profile depends on your membership level.
If you choose the free Signature Listed option, your profile is visible to Signature Signings for potential opportunities. Your profile is not made visible to outside signing service companies through the Signature Signings platform.
If you choose a paid membership, including Signature Signer, Signature Signer Plus, or Signature Signer Pro, your profile may be visible to hundreds of signing service companies nationwide through the Signature Signings platform.
Paid member profiles may also be searchable by participating signing services within a 150-mile range of your listed location, helping increase your exposure when opportunities become available in or near your area.
Your visibility may also depend on your completed profile information, membership level, vetting status, approval status, location, availability, qualifications, and partner requirements. Membership and profile visibility do not guarantee assignments, but a paid membership can help increase your exposure beyond Signature Signings alone.
The Signature Signings vetting quiz is designed to showcase your knowledge and understanding of notary responsibilities, loan documents, title and escrow standards, notary standards, and professional signing procedures.
When you pass the quiz, you receive Verified Notary Status and a Preferred Notary Badge on your profile. This helps show Signature Signings clients and other signing services that you have demonstrated competency in the loan signing industry, which may allow you to rank higher when signing opportunities become available in your area.
If you did not pass the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz, you will become eligible to retake it after your 30-day retest eligibility period has been completed.
Once you are eligible, the quiz should become available again inside the Learning tab in the Signature Signings Community.
You will also receive occasional email reminders as your retest date gets closer, so be sure to check the email address you used when registering for the quiz.
If your retest date has passed and you still do not see the quiz available, please contact Signature Signings support through the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the screen or email [email protected]
Yes. In fact, this may be the best time to join.
Not passing the quiz does not mean your notary journey is over. It simply means you have not yet reached Vetted Notary status within the Signature Signings platform.
Signature Signings uses different notary designations to identify where you are in the process:
✅ Listed Notary — You have created your Notary Orders profile and are listed with Signature Signings.
✅ Vetted Notary — You have passed the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz.
✅ Approved Notary — You have completed the title and escrow partner approval process, which includes providing your SigningAgent.com profile link and submitting the required title and escrow application.
✅ Preferred Notary — You are a Signature Signer Pro member with higher ranking and auto-assignment eligibility.
If you did not pass the quiz, joining as a member can still give you access to the Signature Signings Community, education library, training resources, and support designed to help you strengthen your understanding of notary responsibilities, loan documents, signing procedures, and professional standards.
You may still be able to create your Notary Orders profile and become a Listed Notary. You may also complete the title and escrow partner approval process and become an Approved Notary, assuming you meet the required qualifications, provide your SigningAgent.com profile link, and submit the required application.
However, you will not become a Vetted Notary until you pass the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz.
Use the time before your next quiz attempt to prepare, build confidence, and improve your skills. You’ll also receive occasional email reminders as you get closer to your retest date, so you’ll know when you’re eligible to try again.
No. You do not have to complete all of the training before retaking the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz.
The training is designed to support you at your own pace. You can focus on the areas where you feel you need the most help, review the education library, attend available training or Q&A sessions, and use the community to ask questions as you prepare for your next attempt.
The goal is not to rush through every resource. The goal is to use the training to strengthen your understanding of notary responsibilities, loan documents, signing procedures, title and escrow expectations, and professional standards so you feel more confident when you retake the quiz.
Once your 30-day retest eligibility period has been completed, the quiz should become available again inside the Learning tab in the Signature Signings Community.
Yes. You can still create your Notary Orders profile even if you did not pass the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz.
Once your profile is completed, you may be considered a Listed Notary within the Signature Signings platform. This means your profile is listed with Signature Signings, but you will not become a Vetted Notary until you pass the vetting quiz.
Creating your profile is still an important step because it allows Signature Signings to collect your contact information, location, credentials, availability, and other details needed to consider you for potential opportunities.
However, notaries who are Vetted, Approved, Preferred, or paid subscribing members may receive higher visibility and ranking when opportunities become available.
If you did not pass the quiz, we recommend creating your profile, using the training and community resources to prepare, and retaking the quiz once your 30-day retest eligibility period has been completed.
You may be asked to upload items such as your notary commission, E&O insurance, background screening, signing agent certification and SIgningAgent.com profile link, W-9, direct deposit information, and any other documents required for onboarding or partner approval.
Required documents may vary depending on the type of signing opportunity and partner requirements.
Some signing opportunities require approval through Signature Signings’ title and escrow partners. This approval process may include reviewing your credentials, experience, onboarding documents, quiz results, and compliance with partner requirements.
Approval does not guarantee assignments, but it can increase your visibility, improve your opportunity placement, and make you eligible for certain title and escrow signing opportunities.
To qualify for signing opportunities, you will need to create your notary profile, upload your required credentials, complete onboarding, and pass the Signature Signings vetting quiz.
Certain opportunities may also require title and escrow partner approval, valid commission information, current E&O insurance, background screening, direct deposit setup, and other requirements based on the type of signing.
Signing opportunities are based on location, client demand, availability, qualifications, and partner requirements. Membership does not guarantee assignments.
No. Membership does not guarantee signing assignments.
Signing opportunities are based on many factors, including client demand, location, availability, qualifications, experience, membership level, vetting status, approval status, partner requirements, and whether your profile matches the needs of a specific order.
Membership is designed to increase your visibility, provide access to tools and support, and help position you for opportunities when they become available.
If you begin receiving opportunities from other signing services after creating your Notary Orders profile through Signature Signings, it may be because your profile is now visible through the Signature Signings platform. However, Signature Signings does not manage, monitor, or track orders sent to you directly by other signing services.
In other words, while we cannot guarantee or verify opportunities from outside companies, your membership and completed profile may help increase your exposure to signing services that may not have seen you otherwise.
There is no guaranteed timeline. Opportunities depend on demand in your area, your qualifications, your availability, client requirements, and whether you have completed the required onboarding steps.
The best way to position yourself is to complete your profile, upload all required credentials, pass the vetting quiz, submit your title and escrow partners approval application and keep your information current.
Yes, it is still possible to receive signing opportunities even if you did not pass the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz, as long as you have completed your Notary Orders profile and are listed in the platform.
However, your visibility and ranking may be lower than notaries who have earned higher designations or selected a paid membership.
Signature Signings may consider notaries based on the following designations:
✅ Listed Notary — A notary who has completed their Notary Orders profile but has not yet passed the vetting quiz or completed partner approval. Listed Notaries are visible to Signature Signings only and are not visible to outside signing service companies through the platform.
✅ Vetted Notary — A notary who has passed the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz and demonstrated knowledge of notary responsibilities, loan documents, signing standards, and professional procedures.
✅ Approved Notary — A notary who has completed and been approved through the title and escrow partner approval process.
✅ Preferred Notary — A Signature Signer Pro member who may receive higher ranking and auto-assignment eligibility.
Paid Signature Signer members and higher membership levels may receive broader profile visibility by being seen by hundreds of signing service companies nationwide through the Signature Signings platform. Free Listed Notaries are only visible to Signature Signings for potential opportunities.
When opportunities become available, notaries with higher designations, active memberships, completed onboarding, and stronger qualifications may rank higher in the opportunity search.
That said, opportunity availability can vary greatly depending on your location. If you are one of the only listed notaries in your area, you may still be considered when a signing opportunity becomes available nearby.
All signing opportunities depend on multiple factors, including client demand, location, availability, qualifications, experience, membership level, vetting status, approval status, partner requirements, and completed profile information. Membership, profile creation, and designation status do not guarantee assignments, but creating your profile, joining as a member, passing the quiz, and completing partner approval can help improve your visibility and positioning within the Signature Signings platform.
Yes. The Signature Signings training resources are designed to be available when you need them, so you do not have to complete everything all at once.
You can focus on the areas that matter most to you, revisit lessons as needed, and use the education library as an ongoing resource while you continue building your knowledge and confidence.
Whether you are preparing to retake the vetting quiz, learning more about loan documents, or simply sharpening your skills, the training is there to support you at your own pace.
No. There is no long-term contract for the monthly membership plans.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership as your business needs change. Some add-ons, setup fees, licensing fees, or annual fees may have separate pricing terms, so be sure to review the details before selecting any optional add-on.
After you join, your next steps will depend on the membership level or option you selected.
You’ll receive email instructions with any important account details, login information, and next steps related to your membership, profile, onboarding, or community access.
If you selected a paid membership, you may receive access to additional benefits such as the Signature Signings Community, training resources, nationwide profile visibility, priority application processing, or higher-level opportunity positioning depending on your membership level.
If you selected the free Signature Listed option, your next step is to complete your Notary Orders profile so you can be listed with Signature Signings for potential opportunities.
You will also be prompted to complete additional steps, such as:
✅ Create or confirm your Notary Orders profile
✅ Take the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz
✅ Provide your SigningAgent.com profile link
✅ Complete the title and escrow partner approval application
✅ Set up direct deposit
Completing these steps helps connect your membership, profile, quiz results, approval status, and opportunity placement inside the Signature Signings platform.
Membership does not guarantee assignments, but completing your profile, joining as a member, passing the vetting quiz, and completing partner approval can help improve your visibility and positioning for future opportunities.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership as your business needs change.
If you want more visibility, training, community access, or higher-level opportunity access, you can move into a higher membership level. If you need to reduce your membership, you may be able to downgrade to a lower tier or free listing option.
No problem. Signature Signings memberships are designed to be flexible, so you can choose the level that fits your goals and adjust as your business needs change.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time through your membership account management page.
If you decide you no longer need training, community access, or higher-level opportunity positioning, you may also choose to downgrade to a lower membership level, such as Signature Signer, to keep your profile visible while reducing your monthly cost.
Please keep in mind that canceling or downgrading may affect your visibility to 100's of other signing services associated with our platform and you may also lose access to certain benefits, including the Signature Signings community, training resources, nationwide profile exposure, priority title & escrow application processing, discounted processing out of network processing fees, higher ranking, auto-assignment eligibility, or business growth add-ons.
Your membership is not canceled until you complete the cancellation process, so be sure to finish all steps before your next billing date if you wish to prevent future charges.
You can cancel your membership anytime by going to the membership management or cancellation page and following the on-screen instructions at: membership.signaturesignings.com/cancel
Your membership is not canceled until you complete the cancellation process. To prevent future charges, make sure you finish all cancellation steps before your next billing date.
